Stomach pain 5 weeks pregnant... Should i worry?

This is my second child and im having stomach pain right near my ribs in the middle its a sharp pain and gives me goisebumps. Ive only felt it one other time when i was pregnant the first time with my son and i was violently sick. The pain seems to be more when im up and walking like at work. i drink about two bottles of water a day.. My doctor says that could be the problem. If anyone can help or knows anything ill be greatfull to be able to relax
