What is the Grand Unified Theory and Theory of Everything explain? Are they different?

Does it unify the the four forces, gravitation, electromagnetism, and strong and weak interaction, or does it combine quantum theory with the theory of relativity? Or does the Grand Unified Theory do the first and TOE do the second. Or does the Theory of everything do both? Is this essentially the same question.
