Since most atheist's do not believe in a Ultimate Truth are they in capable of being objective scientist?

Since they believe Truth is subjective how can the possible practice good scientific method? Their observations would all remain polluted with relativity and subjectivity? Without Un-relative Truth what would the base their so called logic and reason on? Relativity is a pollutant of objectivity.
