Help! 3 Month old kitten! Nursing?

Hi! My 3 month old kitten was taken from his mommy at 3-4 weeks. He kneads and sucks on everything all the time. We are going to "start over" and feed him a kitten bottle with water in it to save our clothes and blankets and to satisfy his need. Then we will try to wean him from that slowly. I am going out to buy him one right now....but how do I get him to drink from it at first? After he starts he will probably be pretty good about that. But I was awake at 4 this morning because of the smacking of his lips as he is sucking on my shirt. ): Thanks!
