Say you get into a spaceship that travels at the speed of light, and you set off for a location one light year away. From a viewpoint on earth, it took one year to get there. However, because the spaceship is traveling at the speed of light, no time passes for you on the ship. However, if you are now one light year away from when you started, but no time passed for you due to time dilation, wouldn't that mean that from your point of view, you traveled the distance instantaneously?
