Can i take futurbiotic for hair nails and skin pills and take iron pills?

i take 325mg iron pills once a day can i take futurbiotic pills to on the back of the bottle it says to much iron can cause poisoning nd the product only has 6mg of iron. so is it alright to take both the same day or take turns taking the pill please answer i want my hair to grow no dumb anwers.thx :-p
