What state has the highest percentage of blondes?

Minnesota has a lot of Scandinavian heritage so we have a lot of (natural) blondes. I know places like Cali has blondes but a lot of them are bottle blondes. I'd guess most natural blondes in the U.S. are from Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Dakotas, does anyone have like official statistics or anything?
