At what rate the time will be varied with respect to the distance in the universe when we r in going with ligh?

light speed .or at what rate the distance will be varied w.r.t to the time when we r going with light velocity?????? please send me ....it is very important to my theory.please giv me ur ideas on distance/time /speed acording to the special relativity........
